Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not 100% happy with your HOURS item, we'll gladly accept returns or exchanges for unworn, unwashed items sent in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Any returns that do not meet these requirements will be shipped back to you. 

Final Cut products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. In this case, it will be clearly stated on the product page and cart. 

US Returns:

  • Please e-mail us at a hello@itshours.co to begin your return/exchange. Once received, we will issue you a return label.
  • Returns anywhere in the US are free.

Canada Returns:

  • Please ship your order (via the carrier of your choice) to the following address:

  • Once you’ve shipped your item, please email hello@itshours.co with your order number and tracking details. Once we’ve received the items, we will process your return.

  • Please note that we do not offer free return shipping on Canada orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. We also do not refund duties or customs. HOURS is not held responsible if your package is lost in transit.
